Allergy/Immunology Associates, Inc. makes every effort to see patients in a timely manner as both the doctors’ time is important as well as the patient’s time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit to complete or update any personal history or insurance information. Please remember to bring your insurance card to each visit along with your co-pay.

Allergy/Immunology Associates, Inc. does assess a "no show" charge to your account if we do not receive 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
