Social Distancing Efforts

In an effort to increase social distancing and add an extra measure to decrease transmission of COVID-19, effective Saturday, April 4th, ALL SATURDAY ALLERGY INJECTIONS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Patients will need to call in advance to schedule their allergy injections, if they wish to have them during Saturday hours until further notice.

For patients that come for their allergy injections Monday-Friday, please note that in order to meet recommendations regarding social distancing, we can only allow a safe number of patients in our waiting room at one time. You may be asked to return to your car to wait for the next opening. A member of our staff will call you when it is safe for you to come in for your shot.

We appreciate your patience as we try our best to continue your medical care, while also doing what we can to protect your health and the health of our staff members.

Virtual Doc (Telemedicine) Announcement

Our office is currently implementing a new Virtual Doc (Telemedicine) system for patient’s as an added convenience for some sick, routine and/or follow-up visits. This service allows us to continue to serve and care for some of our patient’s healthcare needs, without the need for them to report to our office for a visit. This service is especially important during this phase of the COVID-19 pandemic as it can help us manage your routine care, while potentially limiting exposure to this and other illnesses. Please call our office at (216) 381-3333, to determine if your visit qualifies as being eligible for this service.
